Website design by Red Bulldawg Studios SNICC Chapter Members Serving on National Committees and Boards Ronald Lynn Ron Lynn serves as President of the International Code Council (ICC) Board of Directors and is the Director and Building Official for Clark County, Nevada, Department of Development Services.  Ron was first elected to the International Code Council Board of Directors in 2004 and also serves on the International Accreditation Services (IAS) Board of Directors, a subsidiary of the International Code Council, and acts as a liaison between the two Boards. Ron also serves as Chair of the ICC Structural Steel & Welding Exam Development Committee; and as Chair of the ICC Major Jurisdictions Council; Ron is the Chair on the Executive Board of the Nevada Earthquake Safety Council; Chair of Western States Seismic Safety Council Architecture Engineering & Construction Committee; Chair of the Proposal Review Sub-Committee for the Nevada Hazard Mitigation Planning Commission; Chair of the Board of Directors, Nevada Organization of Building Officials (NOBO) and is a member of the Executive Board for the Southern Nevada Building Officials (SNBO). He was elected in 2004 as the Southwestern Section of IAEI as their representative to the Board. Rick is also the chairman IAEI National Electrical Code Clearing Committee. He is also a member of the IAEI/UL Technical Advisory Committee and the IAEI Fiscal Affairs Committee. Rick is also a member of the Southwestern Section of IAEI Education Committee that serves California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico and Hawaii.
